How a build runs

  1. 01 Free · ~30 min

A call, then a written scope

We talk about what the thing has to do. You get back a written scope and one fixed number. Nothing is owed for this, and nothing obliges you to continue.

  2. 02 30% · start

    You approve it, I start

The deposit puts your build in the calendar. The scope we signed is the scope I build — a change is re-quoted in writing before I touch it.

  3. 03 1–6 weeks

    You watch it happen

A live link from the first week, not one big reveal at the end. Two review points are built in, so a correction costs a conversation instead of a rebuild.

  4. 04 70% · launch

    Handover, in your name

It goes live on accounts that belong to you, with a walkthrough. If you want to change a line six months from now, you can — without me.

What it costs

Real numbers, before you write. You leave the first call with one fixed figure from inside a band.

Websites

  • One-page site

A landing page, a launch page, or one service sold properly. Everything on one scroll.

    €–€

  • Multi-page site

Four to ten pages with real structure — services, work, about, a contact route that reaches you.

    €–€

  • Custom build

Custom motion, drawn graphics, or a system behind the pages.

    €+

Automations & AI OS

  • One automation

One errand off your desk, end to end.

    €–€

  • Connected set

Three to six workflows that share the same context, so they stop asking you the same questions.

    €–€

  • Full AI OS

The whole operating layer, in your voice and your formats. What Leila runs on.

    €+

No retainer, no seats, no tiers.

Mobile apps are scoped one by one — the figure comes after the first call.

What moves the number

  • How many pages or workflows there actually are
  • Whether the words already exist, or the structure has to be written first
  • Custom motion, or anything drawn rather than laid out
  • How many systems have to be talked to — and how well they talk back
  • How much of your data needs cleaning before a machine can use it

What it costs to keep running

Almost nothing. Here is every line.

None of this is billed by me. You buy each one directly, on your own card, and the accounts stay yours. For most builds the honest total is the price of a domain.

WhatTypical costWho you pay
Domain nameyourbusiness.com, or whatever you want~€10 – €15 / yearYour registrar, in your name

A mailbox on your domainoptional — only if you want you@yourbusiness.com~€1 – €6 / user / monthZoho or Google, direct
Editing tooloptional — only if you want to change text yourself€0 – €190 / yearThe vendor, direct

Typical retail costs, August 2026. Estimates, not quotes — you pay each vendor directly.

You own all of it.

Every account is opened under your email and your card, not mine. I never resell hosting, never mark up a domain, and never hold a login you do not have. If we stop working together tomorrow, nothing switches off.

Terms

The risk should be mine.

  1. 01

30% to start, 70% at launch

Two payments and an invoice for each. No subscription, no third invoice you were not expecting.

  2. 02

The deposit comes back if I do not deliver

If I fail to deliver the scope we agreed in writing, you get the 30% back. Not a credit note — the money.

  3. 03

    Fixed quote, never hourly

The number does not move because something took me longer than I thought. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately, and you say yes or no before I build it.

  4. 04

    Two rounds of revisions, included

Inside the agreed scope, changes are part of the price. Past that we talk, and you know the cost before anything changes.

Asking costs nothing and takes half an hour.

Let’s build it.

Tell me what you need — I read every message and answer myself.
